New bin store arrived today, was assembled in a few hours and looks great. I am really pleased with the quality - it's a very solid piece of kit. We have a two-box unit - both sides with a shelf - and the store is wide enough to fit three of our recycling boxes on each level; so six boxes in total.
The design looks great and there are various well-thought out touches. It is not a cheap option but it is a premium product.

Great quality bin store, looks much much better than other cheaper options. Sturdy and roomy. Easy enough to assemble, as said before - electric screwdriver helps. The build instructions were comprehensive and easy to follow. I have contacted CTYBOX after 3 months as one of our lid clips was inadvertently left on the bin when we put it out. Molly was very helpful, responded straight away and sorted out a replacement. - Great customer service, thank you !! Would highly recommend.

Just taken delivery of a triple bin store, and it’s great quality and looks good! I assembled it by myself pretty easily in around 4hrs.
I would definitely buy again from CTYBOX if I required another.
Their after sales was also very good supplying a missing part within days.

We bought the Minimalist Loft model with 4 compartments.
The entire process was super smooth and the customer service rep, Molly, was an absolute star throughout the process. After a negative experience with a previous bin store supplier, which had failed to deliver our bin store and now has gone into liquidation, Molly has gone above and beyond to reassure us that CTYBOX was in fact a legitimate company and provided photos and information about their products and business.
Delivery was completed within the 4 weeks time frame we'd been promised at the time of purchase and the installation was straight-forward (according to my husband).
We're now delighted with our simple and sleek bin storage and have already received plenty of compliments from our neighbours too.
I can wholeheartedly recommend CTYBOX to anyone who wants to add a bit of glamour to their bins. :)

I decided to buy a Ctybox after quite a lot of research. It appeared to me by far the smartest and simplest on offer. The snow were incredibly helpful, even after I made a mistake. Everything arrived on time, very thoroughly packed. I went for a three bay unit, which weighed over 100 kg. You will need more space than most bins to dispose of all the packaging!
I was lucky to have a dry day a few days later. I used a small electric screwdriver (Bosch iXO) and a pair of work gloves. Much to my surprise, the screwdriver lasted the course. I thought the unit to be very well designed, and carefully produced with tight tolerances. Everything fitted just as intended.
I worked by myself and 3 1/2 hours later it was done. Even before it was finished (it forms the front boundary wall of my house) passersby were complimenting me on it.
Ctybox undoubtedly, deserve the excellent reviews they receive.

Worth the wait, look really smart in my front garden, and assembly by CTYBOX was great, friendly and professional despite the 30 degree heat! Ordered some for the back garden as well, slightly addicted :)
